Eligible Varemilo products may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item should be unused, in substantially the same condition in which it was received, and returned with its original packaging and included accessories where reasonably applicable.

Items damaged through misuse, items marked final sale, gift cards, or other items that cannot legally or safely be returned may be excluded from return eligibility.

Please do not send a return without contacting us first. Email service@varemilo.com with your order number and reason for return. We will review the request and provide return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a change of mind or another reason not caused by us, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is incorrect, damaged on arrival, or defective due to our error, we will provide an appropriate resolution and cover reasonable return shipping where a return is required.

Refunds

After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are normally issued within 7 business days to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error or applicable law requires otherwise.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.
