Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully confirmed. Processing times may be longer during public holidays, unusually high order volumes, or when additional order verification is required.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery is generally 10–20 calendar days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by the destination, carrier operations, customs procedures, weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Destinations and Charges

We ship to destinations made available at checkout. Any applicable shipping charge is shown before you complete your order. If a destination is not available at checkout, we are unable to accept the order for that destination at that time.

Tracking

When tracking is available, tracking details will be provided after dispatch. Tracking updates can take time to appear after the carrier receives the parcel.

Address Changes and Cancellations

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact service@varemilo.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has entered processing or dispatch.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international shipments, import duties, taxes, customs charges, or brokerage fees may apply depending on the destination. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel appears lost, is materially delayed, arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us at service@varemilo.com with your order number and relevant photos where applicable.
